After years of hiatus, the Firefly is proud to host its first live storytelling night in over 6 years at the Uptown Theatre on Sunday Dec. 5 at 7. The showcase is open to anyone with a story to tell. Members of the audience who are interested in sharing a story throw their name into the magic hat and if chosen, have 10 minutes to share their story in front of a live audience without the use of notes or props. The Utica Firefly began over 10 years ago with Ryan Miller and Geoff Storm, who are back to continue the tradition for a new and returning audience.
